This year we’ve got more going on outside of the park than ever! Check out the following to see what’s on, and where, from Friday night through to Sunday.
Opening Party – The Red Lion
8pm – Late
Our opening party sees the Emanuele Fizzotti Blues Trio doing their best to get everyone on the opening night jumping. We don’t think it will take too much!
The Red Lion
8pm – Late
Gentleman Tim and The Contenders band are deeply rooted in early 50’s style Swing, West Coast and Chicago Blues and deliver high energy authentic Rhythm & Blues.
8pm – Late
One of our favourite pubs will have some of our favourite musicians running an open mic/jam session, so get down early to find yourself a spot and a slot!
8pm – 2:30am
Kane FM return to the Lounge with some of the DJs that smashed the place a couple of years ago. They’ll be keeping the place jumping until the early hours.
8pm – 1:30am
The evening’s split at Staycation Live newcomer, Corretto. From 8pm we have some local folk rock from Coyote, and then the Trust No One boys will be playing funk, soul and house until late.
Nick and Rob, who first played in bands together when they were still at school, formed The Bluescasters in 2014 over forty years later to share their desire to play the blues once again!
Jessebelle’s Jewels return to the Wharf for something cheeky! You can enjoy one of the venue’s amazing currys while feasting your eyes and your ears on some amazing cabaret and Burlesque.
Reggae All Dayer and Closing Party – The Red Lion
One of our favourite selectors and his crew will be keeping the bass pumping and the vibes blessed at the Red Lion on Sunday. Tufty G and the Late Night Blues Show will be keeping it irie and close off the festival with the help of our friends, Soundation!
Kane FM bring the noise back to the Lounge for another stoming evening event. Featuring the cream of Boot Records, Boom & Bass and more, the windows will be shaking until late with DJs on all evening. If you’ve made it to a Kane evening event for Staycation Live before, you’ll know that this isn’t to be missed!
If you’d like to get involved with this year’s event, please get in touch! Whether you’re a band, an entertainer, someone who cooks great food, or someone who sells something cool, we want to hear from you about getting involved with 2015’s event!
Big thanks to Sam Waterfall and Levi Edwards from Godalming College for the great work they put into our video.
